You would never expect a little vegan crouton-making company to pop out of Orange County California, but that is just what Kelly’s Croutons did seemingly overnight!
It all started with a good old-fashioned bet when Kelly’s daughter challenged her to go vegan. While trying to veganize her go-to recipes, Kelly’s Croutons was born. Soon after that first batch of croutons came out of the oven, her friends and family convinced Kelly and her husband Eric that they needed to share the crouton love with the rest of the world!

While it started with croutons, Kelly’s expanded to making a variety of cashew-based Cheezy Parms and their fan favorite, Just Crumbs.
Kelly’s background is Interior design but Kelly also shares her Mom’s love of cooking. With Kelly’s entrepreneurial drive, creative mind and love of cooking, no doubt that when she met Eric they were a force to be reckoned. Eric, a quirky fun loving, animal lover brings his strengths to Kelly’s Croutons on the business side. Eric is well versed in business working in marketing, sales, and distribution and has earned his MBA while raising his twins. This is a guy who eats, sleeps, (oops, wait barely sleeps) Kelly’s Croutons.
